SERVICES AVAILABLE *COMPLETE HOME INSPECTIONS/WALKTHROUGH We design a personalized checklist for your home. With our home watch service, all homes are checked for water leaks at faucets,plumbing connections and roof. Assure electrical services are working and all breakers in the electrical panel are on unless requested off. Thermostats regulated seasonally. Visually inspect for mold and mildew. Flush toilets and run sinks. Make sure the home is secure at all entries. Check the air handler and heat pump. We will leave a humidistat/thermostat in each home in order to keep an independent eye on the system. Check in attics to make sure rodents have not invaded. Check the water heater. Ensure Landscapers and Pool cleaning companies are doing their job as scheduled. Check the exterior for weather damage. Check mail if requested.   *FIRST RESPONDER TO ALARM SYSTEM We are willing to be the first local responder to your alarm system in the event it is set off. *SPECIAL STORM VISITS Hilton Head is known for its strong coastal storms. Storm checks will be conducted when damage is reported in our area.  *COORDINATE WITH SERVICE PERSONNEL We meet with contractors as needed for your home. This would include pest control, electrical work, plumbing, remodeling, interior design, quoting projects, etc.  *PREPARE QUOTES FROM LOCAL CONTRACTORS We are able to assist the homeowner with projects by having local contractors submit quotes for projects and having them forwarded to the homeowner. We do not have a partnership or collect referral fees from any contractors and can assure the homeowner to get the quote as it was presented to us. We do however have a list of contractor we have worked with for many years in the area, and are happy to suggest contractors based on integrity, timely completion, workmanship and fair pricing.   *HURRICANE PREPARATION Every year at the beginning of Hurricane season we will stow outdoor furniture, potted plants and any other outdoor items (within reason) that could become a projectile during storms. We can also have quotes prepared from companies for hurricane shutters, or other precautions.   *CONCIERGE SERVICES House keeping, fresh flowers for the home upon arrival, grocery delivery services, catering, calling for tee times, car detailing, picking up tickets for events, setting up taxi services to and from airport, fishing charters and numerous other services to make your stay on the island even more enjoyable.  *PHOTO SERVICES Absentee by the sea will do a full photo documentation of your home free of charge when we first beging taking care of your home. *CLEANING SERVICES We are happy to help you coordinate your cleaning services or use a trusted company suggested by us.
