Hurricane Preparedness With  Absentee by the Sea Every year at the beginning of Hurricane season Absentee by the Sea will stow outdoor furniture, potted plants and any other outdoor items (within reason) that could become a projectile during storms. We can also have quotes prepared from companies for hurricane shutters, or other precautions.
